Biography
Yangzi Jiang received her bachelor’s in Mathematics and another degree in Financial Analysis and Risk Management from University of Waterloo and a bachelor's in Business Management from Wilfrid Laurier University. She completed a master’s program in the Department of Management Science at University of Waterloo. She recently graduated from the Operations Department in Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University as a Ph.D. Her research interests lie in the intersection between business analytics and operations management. Her current research focuses on healthcare and online retail operations.
